Our packages are currently shipped exclusively via DHL.

If you are not at home, you can easily and independently redirect your package to a parcel shop near you using our shipment link.

To deliver your order to a packing station, we only need your postal number and the three-digit number of the selected packing station.

Further address information, such as the street name of the packing station, is not required and could affect delivery by DHL.

When entering the address, simply select “Packstation” and enter the necessary information in the appropriate fields.

As soon as we have handed your order over to our shipping service provider , you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email.

In this email you will find a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment at any time in our systems or directly on the shipping service providers' websites.

Don't worry, you can always use the shipping service provider's shipment tracking to check whether your package was dropped off at a neighbor or a branch, for example.

In some cases, a second delivery attempt will be made by a different shipping service provider. All updates regarding this are available in the shipment tracking.

If you find that the package is being returned to us, please contact our customer service.

We will be happy to check whether we can send you the package again free of charge.
